3. How long to receive my order?
It is typically a 1-3 business day processing time and a 3-5 day business day shipping time for Domestic orders and a 5-12 business day shipping time for International orders. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been packaged. After that, it will be trackable once USPS or UPS scans your order at their sorting office which is typically within 24 hours. Thank you!
Sometimes, because of the handmade nature of our products, it could take 10-15 business days to arrive. However, the vast majority of our orders arrive within 1 week.
4. Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders include tracking. You should receive an email with a tracking number once your product has shipped.
5. Can I refund my order?
You can not cancel orders that have begun the processing phase. Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise.
6. Can I change my order or cancel it?
Unfortunately, after you place an order, it will be unlikely it can be cancelled, unless processing has not started. All orders are handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases we can. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want! Just email us and we will be sure to help you out.
7. Is your CEO really a deer?
Yes, 10-point buck. All the buck, doe collections are really just him forcing us to replicate his face.
